This organization was started by Shri Paravesh Uniyal, an ardent animal-lover, in January 2017.
On seeing any animal in distress, the people of Dehradun (uttrakhand) city can call us on the helpline of Dev Bhoomi Samiti (animals welfare) and we go and try to save that animal. We have been rescuing animals since 2017 and have rescued thousands of animals till date. Our mission is to promote a safe environment for every animal. The staff has been working tirelessly days and nights for continuous years to help the animals in distress. We have been operating in a temporary animal shelter but with the number of rescues increasing day by day, we need a permanent animal shelter for our animals.The construction of new animal shelter is going on and we are lacking funds.Since, the number of rescues by our organization are countless, I am attaching here rescues from the last few days-
16/August/2020:This horse was found in this condition in the outskirts of our city. There was a wound in one of the legs and that wound has thousands of maggots in it.

18/September/2020:This cow was injured in an accident on 18th September, 2020. Some of the internal organs of the body were coming out of the body.

17/November/2020:This puppy was beaten by an uncle in Dehradun due to which there was a fracture in one on the legs and it was hanging from the body.
